Guests
I can hold space for up to 20 guests. My background is working with mixed groups of varying ages, abilities and confidence. I am happy to discuss and help you in choosing your guest list- be it women only, a mixed space, a childrens event, team building or friends and family.

Craft can be anything from a willow headress with fresh flowers, air drying clay models from a meditative journey, drum beater making and so on.
Expressive art is an exercise where emotion and energy are portrayed through mark making. This would require a larger space as we would use large movements and loose marks and then work into a chosen area with intention.
